Mrs. L.W. Thompson died early this morning at Miami Baptist hospital, where she had been a patient many months. She was 40 years old.
Besides her husband, she leaves two sons, Alderson and Lee West, both of the home; her father, J.F. Alderson of Dallas, Tex; one brother, P.E. Alderson of Ada, Okla., and six sisters, Mrs. Lena Spour of Tulsa, Mrs. Rod Murchinson of St. Louis, Mrs. John McKinley of Ada, Mrs. H.H. Benton of Dallas, Mrs. W.W. Marshall of Whitesboro, Tex., and Mrs. Verne Smithum of Lufkin, Tex.
Funeral services will be held at 10 o'clock Wednesday morning at the Methodist Episcopal church, South. The Rev. Ernest L. Lloyd, pastor, will speak. Pallbearers will be Ross R. Bayless, R.G. Cunningham, J.R. Lane, R.W. Skinner, O.T. Dixon and H.B. Cobban. Burial will be in GAR cemetery under direction of the Cooper Undertaking company.5 |
