The trouble occurred on Highland Street several days ago on the premises of a Mrs. Marshall, who testified in court that she tried to stop the boys from fighting and had asked them to leave, fearing that they might break out one of the plate glass windows in front of her place of business. She said that Fridley had paid no attention to her.
Justice Dyche ordered the boy to be place in the county jail pending his removal to the state board's authority. He will in all probability be committed to the reforme school."6
