Born Dec. 23, 1933, at Millcreek, she was the daughter of the late John Lewis Bragg and Ella Mae Adkins Bragg. Gladys also was preceded in death by her husband, Addison Parks; and siblings, Emzie O’Dell, Lorene Sampson, Irene Layton Earl Bragg and Dallas Bragg.

She was a store clerk for Wall’s Department store of Ansted; she was a past employee of Ansted Nursing Home, and a homemaker.

Surviving: daughter, Tracy Jones and Kenneth of Edmond; sons, Everett, Lacy, Cecil and Douglas of Ansted, Bobby, Steve and Bruce of Edmond, Stacy and Regina of Alderson; grandchildren, Geneva Jones, Stephanie Jones, Alicia Jones and Anthony Parks; great-grandchild, Corey Parks; sisters, Ernestine Duncan and Goldie Bragg of Ansted; and a brother, Johnny Bragg of Ansted.

Graveside service, followed by burial, was Oct. 17 at McKinney Memorial Cemetery on Gaymount Mountain with Rev. Steve Barnette officiating.
