Everett was a World War II Army veteran. He worked at Wayne Works for 43 years. Everett was a member of Highway of Holiness Church.

Survivors include his wife, Ruby Callahan Woolwine, to whom he was married July 6, 1960, in Richmond; daughter, Sheila Mason and husband Glen of St. Augustine, Fla; son, Ralph Callahan and wife Darlene of Centerville; grandchildren, Amanda Kearns, Laura Ramsey and Justin Callahan; great-grandchildren, Alyssa Callahan and Mason Kearns; brothers, Regis Woolwine of Michigan and Archie Woolwine and wife Yvonne of Michigan; sister, Helen Gibson of West Virginia; nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Clyde Woolwine; and sisters, Ina Pennington and Nora Bragg.

Visitation for Everett M. Woolwine will be from 4-7 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 20, 2009, at Doan & Mills Funeral Home, 790 National Road W., Richmond. Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Monday, Sept. 21, at Doan & Mills Funeral Home with Rev. Louie Burkhart and Rev. Alton Hale officiating. Burial will be in Crown Hill Cemetery, Centerville.
