Mrs. Amanda, Arthur--Mrs. Amanda Arthur, 93, died early yesterday morning at her home on Mill Creek, near Mt. Hope. She is survived by two daughters, Mrs. Nannie Taylor, Oak Hill and Mrs. William Settle, Kilsyth; six sons, Charles of Cranberry, Alex of Kilsyth, George of Sandstone, Oliver and Edward of Abraham, and brothers, Jesse Treadway of Beckwith, Henry Treadway of Salem and Thomas Treadway of Sanger, sister, Mrs. Sallie Burgess of Sanger. Funeral services will be conducted at the residence at 2:30 o'clock tomorrow afternoon. Interment will follow at Prosperity. The Collins mortuary at Thurmond will, have charge of arrangements.5,1
