POINT PLEASANT - Fannie Ellen Jean Perry, 76, of Point Pleasant, W.Va., died Friday, August 17, 2001, at her home.
Born November 6, 1924 in Mason County, W.Va., she was a daughter of the late Glenn E and Della Elizabeth (Fridley) Rice. She was a homemaker and attended First Church of God in Point Pleasant, W.Va.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William T Perry; two sisters, Martha Simpkins and Virginia Castle; and two brothers, Charles and Leroy Rice.
Survivors include a special friend, Juanita Sharp of Point Pleasant, W.Va; sons and daughters-in-law, Harry Jr. and Barbara Erlewine of Marion, Ohio and Charles Leroy "Butch" and Dreama Perry of Point Pleasant, W.Va; daughters and sons-in-law, Norma and Rogers Pickens of Point Pleasant, W.Va. and Jo and Eric Lanier of New Haven, W.Va; sisters, Myrtle Neville of Point Pleasant, W.Va. and Barbara "Bob" McCartney of Gallipolis, Ohio; sisters-in-law, Annabell Rice of Point Pleasant, W.Va., and Minnie Rice of Mason, W.Va; and grandchildren, Tasha Nicole Absten, Hope Facemire, Eugene McClanahan Jr., Kayla Nicole Lanier, Brett Erlewine, Brittney and Shawn Penneycook and Brian L Perry.
Service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, August 21, 2001, at Deal Funeral Home, Point Pleasant, W.Va., with the Rev. Carl Swisher officiating. Burial will follow in Kirkland Memorial Gardens, Point Pleasant, W.Va.
Friends may call at the funeral home Monday, August 20, 2001, from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m.1
