Also surviving are a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Clinton C. Fridley. Funeral service will be conducted 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, June 12, 2001 from the Nicely Funeral Home Chapel, Clifton Forge, with the Rev. Robert Sherrard officiating. Interment to follow in Eagle Rock Cemetery, Eagle Rock, Virginia. The family will receive friends Monday evening from 7:00 until 8:30 P.M. at Nicely Funeral Home and anytime at the residence, 2652 Hayden Loop Road, Eagle Rock. Oyler of Low Moor, VA; three grandchildren; two step grandchildren; three great grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Nathaniel Oliver Fridley in 1955; one sister, Hettie Rovena Kitt and three brothers, William Berkley Oyler, Archie M. Oyler and Kenneth E. Oyler. A funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 PM Tuesday, June 11, 2002 from the chapel of Nicely Funeral Home, Clifton Forge with Rev. Bill Gilliland officiating. Interment will follow in the Cedar Hill Cemetery, Covington. The family will receive friends Monday evening from 7:00 to 8:30 PM at Nicely Funeral Home.
