QUENTIN ENOS JUSTICE, age 84 years, a resident of St. George, WV., departed this life Thursday afternoon, May 18, 2006 at the Louis A. Johnson Veterans Administration Medical Center at Clarksburg, WV. He had been in declining health and death was attributed to cancer.
He was born Saturday, August 20, 1921 at Dry Fork, WV., a son of the late Alonzo Justice and Rosetta Carr Justice. During August of 1941, he was married to Summa Gladys Fridley Justice, who survives.
Also surviving are one daughter; Martha Rosetta Hardesty and husband James of Ellsworth, Ohio, three grandchildren; Vicki Vitullo of Austintown, Ohio, James Hardesty of Ellsworth, Ohio and Michael Hardesty of Austintown, Ohio, two great Grandchildren, Nichole Vitullo and Louie Vitullo of Austintown, Ohio.
He was the last surviving member of his immediate family having been preceded in death by seven brothers and four sisters.
He was a graduate of Parsons High School with the class of 1940. He was a former employee and retired from the Monongahela Power Plant in Kingwood. He was a member of the Eagles Club or Kingwood, the Issac Walten League and the Preston Masonic Lodge #90 of Kingwood.
The family will receive friends at the Lohr & Barb Funeral Home of Parsons on Monday from 12 Noon until 1 PM the funeral hour. Paul Christianson of the Elkins Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses will be the presider. Mr. Justice’s request for cremation will be honored and interment will follow at the Parsons City Cemetery at a later date. The Lohr & Barb Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements for Quentin Enos Justice.2 |
