Audrey Alverta Blake Payne, 82, of Kincaid, WV died on Wednesday, March 15, 2006 at Pulaski Community Hospital in Pulaski, VA. Born March 16, 1923 at Robson, WV she was the daughter of the late Robert E. Lee and Lucy Adkins Blake. Mrs. Payne was a member of the Open Bible Tabernacle, Kincaid, WV and a homemaker. Her husband, Vesper O.Payne, Jr; daughter, Alverta Payne; and a brother, James Blake; five sisters, Freda Hurley, Margaret Bonds, Tootsie Ellison Pritchett, Nina Johnson and Irene preceded her in death. Survivors include one daughter, Debra L. Kincaid and husband, James, of Pulaski, VA; one son, Joseph Madison Payne of Pulaski; son-in-law, Charles L. Payne of Ridgeland, Miss; five grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Visitation will be held at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill on Friday, March 17, 2006 from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM. Services will be on Saturday, March 18, 2006 at 10:30 A.M. at Tyree Funeral Home, Oak Hill with Rev. Delmas Wolfe officiating. Burial will be at High Lawn Memorial Park, Oak Hill WV.7,8
